The knowledge-gathering phase is the first step in any project, called Discovery. We meet with your team. We bombard you with inquiries. We take part in discussions and activities. We adhere to the heat. Finally, we provide a Discovery Brief that includes all of the information we currently have about your organization as well as its future goals. In the Discovery Brief, your goals and current situation are both explained. Determining which services and deliverables to use in order to increase your success is the aim of the discovery process.
